AI Growth House LLC (“AGH”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a Georgia limited liability company. We operate aigrowthhouse.com and sell digital products and consulting services to operators of multi-business companies, private equity firms, and professional services organizations.

Three things to know:

1. We collect your email, name, and payment information when you buy a product or engage us for consulting. We use it to deliver what you bought and to support you.
2. We do not sell your data. We do not run ad-tracking pixels. We use four sub-processors (Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Vercel) and that’s it.
3. You can ask us to delete your data anytime by emailing info@aigrowthhouse.com. We respond within 30 days.

We collect information you provide and information generated automatically when you use our website or buy from us.

Information you provide

• When you buy a product: name, email address, and payment information. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number, only the last 4 digits and the brand for receipt purposes.
• When you engage us for consulting: name, email, company name, company size, and any details you share about your business during scoping calls or in shared documents.
• When you contact us: name, email, and the content of your message.

Information generated automatically

• Site analytics: Vercel’s built-in analytics record aggregate page views and visitor counts. No personal identification, no third-party tracking pixels.
• Server logs: Vercel logs every request to our site with IP address, timestamp, browser type, and URL requested. Retained for 30 days for security and debugging.
• Cookies: we use only essential cookies (session management, fraud prevention on Stripe checkout). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Information from third parties

If you buy through Stripe, Stripe shares your email, name, billing address (if collected), and payment confirmation details with us so we can deliver the product and provide support.

We use the information we collect to:

1. Deliver products you purchased (sending download links via email after payment).
2. Provide consulting services you engaged us for (responding to communications, sharing deliverables, scheduling calls).
3. Process payments (via Stripe).
4. Send transactional emails (purchase receipts, download links, refund confirmations) via Resend.
5. Respond to support requests sent to info@aigrowthhouse.com.
6. Comply with legal obligations (tax records, fraud prevention, responding to lawful requests).
7. Improve our products (we may anonymize aggregate purchase patterns to inform pricing or product decisions, but we do not identify individual buyers).

We do not use your information to send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in. If we ever introduce a marketing newsletter, opt-in will be optional and unsubscribe will be one-click.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

We use four sub-processors. Each has its own privacy policy. We have data processing agreements with each.

When the retention period ends, we delete or anonymize the data.

We use only essential cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics that profile users.

The cookies we use:

• Stripe session cookies on the checkout page (set by Stripe, used for fraud prevention)
• Vercel anti-bot cookies in rare circumstances when our site is under attack

We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other third-party tracking script. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy and add a clear cookie banner before enabling.

Our products and services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. We are based in the United States. If you access our site or buy from us outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using our site, you consent to this transfer.

For EU and UK residents, where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our sub-processors as the legal mechanism for transfer.

We protect your information with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards:

• All web traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher)
• Payment information is processed by Stripe with PCI DSS Level 1 certification
• Product files are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets, accessible only via short-lived signed URLs
• Access to customer data is limited to AGH personnel who need it for their job
• We rotate access credentials quarterly and on personnel changes

No system is perfectly secure. If we experience a data breach that materially affects your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.

Our site may link to third-party websites (vendor partners, content references, social media profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their privacy policies before sharing personal information with them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active buyers and via a notice on aigrowthhouse.com at least 14 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of our site or services after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
